Fay-Meling von Moltke Pao, R.TCMP, R.Ac., B.HSc., Hon.B.A., is a licensed acupuncturist and practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in Toronto. After completing her degree in Biomedical Ethics at the University of Toronto, Fay-Meling continued her studies and graduated from a four-year degree program in Acupuncture and TCM from the Michener Institute of Applied Health Sciences in Toronto.

Her clinical experience includes the Acupuncture Clinic in the Wasser Pain Management Centre at Mount Sinai Hospital, St. John’s Rehabilitation Hospital as well as the former Toronto Centre for Acupuncture.

Fay-Meling continues to further her interest in women’s health and reproductive concerns, and has completed advanced courses in fertility, obstetrics and pregnancy. Prior to working at her current location at the Carrot Common, Fay Meling worked alongside her colleagues at Acutoronto which she founded and co-directed. She continues to specialize in all areas of TCM obstetrics and gynecology with a special interest in treating fertility and pregnancy patients. In her practice, Fay-Meling combines classical and modern acupuncture techniques with Chinese herbal medicine, nutritional counselling, tuina (Chinese massage therapy), and qigong where appropriate.

Fay-Meling is an avid writer of Chinese medicine, and is available for public health speaking engagements and lectures. She has served as the Communications Officer for Mindful Medicine Worldwide, NFP, an organization committed to establishing integrative health care clinics in developing countries such as Nepal and Thailand.

When not treating her patients or working on advancing the field of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Fay-Meling can be found enjoying the great outdoors with her husband and three daughters.
